09 Jul The auction of June 2018 of properties4sale.gr was successfully completed. A total of 22 properties proceed to contracts, with a total price of € 2,5 mil.

The online auctions of properties4sale.gr are successfully continued as part of the strategy for active real estate management implemented by Piraeus Real Estate in cooperation with Piraeus Bank.

At the recent auction of June 2018, the sale of 22 proprietary properties of the Bank was approved for a total consideration of € 2.5 million while more than 330 individuals and companies from Greece and abroad participated in the auction and expressed interest for more than one property.

Registered users of the pioneering platform run by Piraeus Real Estate exceed the number of 10,000. Out of those, 1,800 registered users have already participated in an action, ranging from a visit to a property to placing and winning a bid. The recent auction on 19^th and 20^th of June involved 37 properties for which 136 offers were submitted.

Next properties4sale.gr auction is scheduled for October 2018, while the new properties will begin populating the site in the coming days.
